Mr. Schutty has written numerous articles on aviation law and trial preparation that have been published in The New York Law Journal and other legal periodicals. He also has appeared on CNN's Burden of Proof and has spoken at both national and international forums as a guest lecturer on subjects related to aviation litigation and trials.
